Fruit Juice Concentrates are produced by extracting the juice from fresh sound fruits, then evaporating a large proportion of water from it. This leaves a highly-concentrated version of the fruit juice, which can be used as a natural flavoring for myriads of applications, or re-constituted with water to create a natural drink. 

Fruit Purees Concentrates contain the juice as well as the majority of the fibrous materials from a fruit. These can be utilized for a variety of applications including baby food, desserts, ice creams, marinades, puddings, ready meals, etc. 

Frutas Delicadas offers an intense range of processed fruit products such as fruit pulp and fruit puree that are healthy and made out of premium quality fully ripened fruits.  The fruit pulps and purees are processed thermally and then packed aseptically to retain 100% freshness, color, aroma and flavor. 

A selected variety of fully matured fruits, which are free from any genetic modification are harvested and swiftly transported to the processing units. They are then inspected, washed, blanched, pulped and deseeded. They are hygienically processed to produce a natural fruit pulp and puree that has a wholesome characteristic flavor of the fruit.
